Both were also very helpful in making calls to find out prices, setting things up, suggesting great eating places, and making sure we were comfortable where we were. He was very knowledgeable, interesting and a happy character, just what we needed after a long flight, it felt like our 1 hour 30 min journey only took about half an hour!! It was a pleasant surprise to see Garfield waiting for us in the hotel lobby to take us back to the airport, it was like meeting up with an old friend.   My husband and I visited Montego Bay, Jamaica from March 26-30 and needed a round trip airport transfer. We were recommended to use a company for our airport transfer but... read more when I viewed their website and reviews, I was not impressed. After reading reviews on Daina Taxi Tours, my husband and I decided to book a private airport transfer with Daina Taxi Tours. Their website provided everything they had to offer and not to mention, much, much reasonable prices than most companies I viewed. The booking was seamless. Daina Taxi got back to us less than 24 hours with our confirmation and provided us with instructions upon arrival.

On March 26, 2017, My husband and I were greeted by a representative (I do apologize for not remembering his name, but he was so friendly) outside of customs who was holding a sign with our names, greeted us with a warm smile and rolled our luggage to where our personal driver awaited us. We were introduced to our driver, Garfield. He too greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome to Jamaica. Garfield was amazing! He truly set the tone for our trip. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with great information. Although, he was only taking us to our hotel, we felt we were on our own private tour of Jamaica with Garfield. My husband and I even asked him if he would be picking us up on March 30th to take us to the airport because we would love it if he did. At that time, he wasn't sure if he would be assigned to pick us up. Well to our surprise, we were picked up by the same warm and friendly face and received the same service as we did when we arrived.

Thank you Daina Taxi Tours for sending us Garfield. Your company truly set the tone for our trip and we are truly grateful. We will be using your company in the future and will recommend your company to family and friends.

The online booking was quick and easy and better than that was Chef, he was waiting for us when we got through customs with a sign so we could find him quickly/easily. Chef greeted us with a smile and told us all about Montego Bay as we made our way to the Hotel!

We then took the Negril Sunset Tour we requested Chef as our driver, we had a great time and enjoyed the drive and all the fun facts Chef told us about Jamaica, he was again as warm, friendly, entertaining and fun as he was when he drove us to the hotel and very accommodating to our requests for the day! Chef is amongst the memories we brought back from Jamaica and we will think of him fondly!!

Of course, we used Daina Taxi for the ride back to the Airport and to our surprise, Chef pulled up with that same great smile!!

We highly recommend DainaTaxi & Tours if you want a private ride to your Hotel with no stops and of course for the tours they offer. The prices were the best I found and the service phenomenal..... Ask for Chef, you'll love him!!!! Enjoy your Vacay!!!!!

When we landed after a long 10hr flight we were greeted by our driver exactly as Terri had explained. The driver was very knowledgeable and offered many tips and ever tried to teach us some Patwa (the Jamaican ligo)

We needed to change our return transfer time which was no issue at all and were greeted in the lobby by our driver Garfield.
Garfield is a true credit to this company- he couldn't do enough for us and was a lovely guy. The 2hr drive was filled with conversation and felt like no more than 30mins.

We have no hesitation in recommending Daina Taxi Tours and will hopefully return soon.
