  My husband and I visited Montego Bay, Jamaica from March 26-30 and needed a round trip airport transfer. We were recommended to use a company for our airport transfer but... read more when I viewed their website and reviews, I was not impressed. After reading reviews on Daina Taxi Tours, my husband and I decided to book a private airport transfer with Daina Taxi Tours. Their website provided everything they had to offer and not to mention, much, much reasonable prices than most companies I viewed. The booking was seamless. Daina Taxi got back to us less than 24 hours with our confirmation and provided us with instructions upon arrival.

On March 26, 2017, My husband and I were greeted by a representative (I do apologize for not remembering his name, but he was so friendly) outside of customs who was holding a sign with our names, greeted us with a warm smile and rolled our luggage to where our personal driver awaited us. We were introduced to our driver, Garfield. He too greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome to Jamaica. Garfield was amazing! He truly set the tone for our trip. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with great information. Although, he was only taking us to our hotel, we felt we were on our own private tour of Jamaica with Garfield. My husband and I even asked him if he would be picking us up on March 30th to take us to the airport because we would love it if he did. At that time, he wasn't sure if he would be assigned to pick us up. Well to our surprise, we were picked up by the same warm and friendly face and received the same service as we did when we arrived.

Thank you Daina Taxi Tours for sending us Garfield. Your company truly set the tone for our trip and we are truly grateful. We will be using your company in the future and will recommend your company to family and friends.

We... read more were greeted by our driver Garfield with a big smile at the airport. He was very knowledgeable, interesting and a happy character, just what we needed after a long flight, it felt like our 1 hour 30 min journey only took about half an hour!! It was a pleasant surprise to see Garfield waiting for us in the hotel lobby to take us back to the airport, it was like meeting up with an old friend. I would definitely recommend using Diana taxis, as we will be doing again on our next trip to Jamaica. Don’t forget to ask for Garfield, yeah man!!
